About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Mental Health Consultant dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in cultivating resilience and growth. With experience in community mental health, hospital, and university settings, I understand why burnout is on the rise and why so many people feel the pressure to ‘keep it together’ during stressful times, whether at work or at home.

I work with students, professionals, parents, and many others who may appear to be managing well on the outside but often feel overwhelmed or ‘in overdrive’ on the inside. My approach is curious, collaborative, and authentic, whether I’m meeting with you in a therapy session or supporting your workplace. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there.

I’m also passionate about creating tailored, sustainable mental health supports in the workplace. Most recently, I played an integral role in developing and implementing an in-house mental health program for staff at Canada’s leading mental health hospital, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). This initiative helped reduce stigma around seeking support, lowered burnout, built coping skills, and fostered greater confidence and connection across teams.

My hope is that each of us contributes to and inspires the change we want to see. I look forward to connecting with you.
