About Me

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Mental Health Consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build resilience, navigate challenges, and thrive. With experience across community mental health, hospital, and university settings, I’ve seen firsthand why burnout is on the rise and why so many people feel the pressure to "keep it together" during stressful time - at work and at home.

I work with students, professionals, parents, and others who may appear to be coping on the outside but feel overwhelmed or constantly in overdrive beneath the surface. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Whether we’re working together in therapy or partnering to strengthen workplace well-being, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor support to your unique needs.

I’m equally passionate about creating meaningful, sustainable mental health supports for workplaces. In recent years, I helped develop and implement an in-house mental health program for staff at Canada's leading mental health hospital, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). The program reduced stigma around seeking support, strengthened coping skills, helped prevent burnout, and fostered greater confidence and connection across teams.

I believe meaningful change begins with each of us, and I’m committed to helping people and organizations create healthier, more resilient communities. I look forward to connecting with you.
