Relationships are complex. Life gets messy. Healing is a process.

I support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate difficult situations and life transitions. Therapy provides a space to explore yourself and your past, while developing new skills and insights to live in a way that feels more authentic. My hope is to encourage and empower you to face present and future challenges with greater awareness and self-compassion.

My approach is collaborative, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I draw from Relational Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic perspectives, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, and Mindfulness practices.

Fees.

Initial Phone Consultation (15 min): Free

Individual Therapy (50 min) : $190

Couples Therapy (60 min): $250

fees are inclusive of HST

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation of an appointment requires at least 24 hours notice, either by phone or email, or will be subject to the cost of the missed appointment.

I recognize that mental health supports are a vital part of public health, and for many therapy is a vital service. Currently sessions are being offered virtually and in-person.
